Fabric Inspection is an important quality control process in the textile and garment industry to ensure that the fabric meets the required quality standards before shipped. During the fabric inspection process, fabric rolls are selected randomly for inspection, and a predetermined number of samples are taken from each roll. The samples are then inspected for defects such as holes, stains, and knitting & weaving defects. fI the number of defects found in the samples is within the acceptable limit of AQL 4, the entire batch of fabric is considered for delivery. tI is important to note that AQL 4 is just one of the many AQL levels that can be used for fabric inspection. The appropriate AQL level depends on the quality requirements of the fabric or product being produced or as per buyer requirements
